Job Overview: Staff Pharmacist at Walmart
As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will be at the heart of patient care, building relationships and offering personalized, quality care. Your role involves utilizing your clinical knowledge to advocate for patients, ensuring the highest level of service and care. You’ll work with a dedicated team, leading by example and providing support to fellow pharmacy staff. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-centered care, including medication counseling, immunizations, and prescription dispensing.

  • Support pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and healthcare regulations.

  • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and mentoring staff.

  • Engage in community outreach and wellness initiatives to promote health and education.

  • Utilize data and personal interactions to address patient concerns and improve care.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or PharmD in Pharmacy.

  • Current Pharmacy License.

  • Completion of ACPE Accredited Immunization Training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pharmacy practice, customer service, and healthcare compliance.
