Position Summary

What You’ll Do

  • Engage directly with patients to provide personalized pharmaceutical care, including counseling, medication dispensing, and immunizations.

  • Lead by example, mentoring pharmacy team members and ensuring consistent, exceptional service.

  • Support community health by participating in outreach efforts, such as Wellness Days and health events.

  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and company regulations, including controlled substances handling and privacy standards.

  • Use data, tools, and patient interactions to stay informed on local health concerns and adapt care accordingly.

  • Oversee pharmacy operations, from inventory control and cost management to ensuring safety and accuracy in all services provided.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (or equivalent FPGE certification through NABP).

  • Current and active pharmacy license in the state of employment (by job start date).

  • Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, or state association program).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in community pharmacy or retail healthcare settings.

  • Demonstrated involvement in local health initiatives or events.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly Pay Range: $47.12 – $82.69 (actual rate based on location and experience).

  • Additional Compensation: Eligible for performance-based bonuses (quarterly or annual).
