Minimum Qualifications

Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.

Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.

Immunization certification from an accredited provider (e.g., APhA).

No pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances.

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
