Company Overview
Over sixty years ago, Sam Walton opened a single mom-and-pop store with a simple mission—to help people save money and live better. That mission remains at the core of everything we do as we’ve grown into the world’s largest retailer. Today, we’re reimagining the shopping experience, and our associates are at the center of this transformation.
By joining the Walmart family of brands, you become part of a team that is shaping the future of retail and making a meaningful impact on the lives of millions around the globe.
We’re proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work® Certified organization (May 2023 – May 2024), named one of Disability:IN’s Best Places to Work in 2023, and honored by Fast Company as one of the 100 Best Workplaces for Innovators in 2023.
