Position Overview:
As a Pharmacist at Sam’s Club, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional member care by accurately processing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and providing expert consultation on medications and overall health. You’ll uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, safety, and compliance while ensuring the efficient management of pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care by dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and advising members on healthcare and medication needs.

Promote exceptional service by guiding and supporting associates to resolve member concerns in line with company standards.

Ensure full compliance with all legal and company policies through data analysis, safety audits, quality assurance, and implementation of corrective actions.

Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Wage: $47.12–$82.69 (based on location and experience)

Additional Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, location, and role-specific factors

Minimum Qualifications:

BS in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)

Active pharmacy license at time of hire

Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, state association, or pharmacy curriculum)
