Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive patient care through accurate prescription fulfillment, immunizations, and healthcare counseling.

Provide guidance and model excellent member service practices, ensuring concerns are addressed effectively and within company standards.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies by interpreting reports, monitoring safety and loss prevention protocols, and implementing quality assurance initiatives.

Maintain all required documentation, records, and confidential information in accordance with company, state, and federal regulations.

Compensation Details

Annual Salary Range: $98,000 – $172,000

Bonus Opportunities: Annual or quarterly performance bonuses

Additional Pay: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) differential where applicable
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), or equivalent FPGEC certification (NABP)

Active pharmacy license (must be valid by job start date)

Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, school curriculum, or state-sponsored programs)
