Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care through accurate prescription fulfillment, immunizations, and healthcare counseling.

  • Provide guidance and model excellent member service practices, ensuring concerns are addressed effectively and within company standards.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies by interpreting reports, monitoring safety and loss prevention protocols, and implementing quality assurance initiatives.

  • Maintain all required documentation, records, and confidential information in accordance with company, state, and federal regulations.

Compensation Details

  • Annual Salary Range: $98,000 – $172,000

  • Bonus Opportunities: Annual or quarterly performance bonuses

  • Additional Pay: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) differential where applicable


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), or equivalent FPGEC certification (NABP)

  • Active pharmacy license (must be valid by job start date)

  • Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, school curriculum, or state-sponsored programs)
