Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Dispensing
Accurately process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and provide professional consultations to members regarding medications and overall health care needs. Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all controlled substances and sensitive documentation. -
Member Service Leadership
Model and enforce excellent member service standards. Provide guidance and support to associates, ensuring all member concerns, needs, and issues are addressed in a timely and respectful manner consistent with company policies. -
Compliance & Safety
Maintain strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Monitor safety and loss prevention controls, conduct quality assurance checks, and develop action plans to uphold company initiatives and standards. -
Documentation & Confidentiality
Ensure accurate maintenance and confidentiality of required records and documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Certification (FPGEC) from NABP.

Active pharmacy license (must be obtained by job start date).

Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, part of Pharmacy School Curriculum, or through a State Pharmacy Association).
