Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and dispense prescription medications using appropriate procedures and systems.

  • Administer immunizations and provide personalized counseling on medication usage and healthcare concerns.

  • Conduct drug utilization reviews, ensure dosing accuracy, and assess for potential interactions or contraindications.

  • Uphold all confidentiality and compliance standards in handling sensitive information and controlled substances.

  • Guide associates in delivering excellent service, resolving member concerns, and maintaining professional standards.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies by analyzing reports, implementing safety and loss prevention strategies, and contributing to quality assurance reviews.

  • Maintain detailed, confidential documentation in accordance with legal and company standards.

Compensation and Benefits

Sam’s Club offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package to support your overall well-being:

  • Annual Salary Range: $98,000 – $172,000, based on experience and location

  • Bonus Eligibility: Annual or quarterly performance-based bonuses

  • Additional Compensation: May include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments depending on location

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Doctoral degree in Pharmacy (BSPharm or PharmD) or FPGEC certification through NABP

  • Active pharmacy license (must be valid by the job start date)

  • Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA or equivalent)
