Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-focused care by processing and dispensing prescriptions with accuracy, administering vaccinations, and providing personalized medication counseling.

  • Protect patient privacy by maintaining confidential health information and ensuring proper handling of controlled substances and documentation.

  • Serve as a role model for exceptional member service by guiding associates in resolving member concerns professionally and in alignment with company policies.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations through detailed analysis of reports, implementation of safety and loss prevention controls, and participation in audits and quality assurance processes.

  • Actively participate in company programs and initiatives, aligning day-to-day operations with organizational strategy and member satisfaction goals.

Compensation:

  • Annual Salary Range: $98,000 – $172,000 (based on experience, location, and qualifications)

  • Additional Compensation: May include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and Regional Pay Zone adjustments


Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Certification (FPGEC) from NABP

  • Valid, unrestricted pharmacy license (must be obtained by hire date)

  • Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization certification program (e.g., APhA or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience or additional certifications that support clinical or retail pharmacy practice.
