Position Summary
What You’ll Do:
As a Pharmacist at Sam’s Club, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our members. Your responsibilities will include accurately dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, providing personalized health counseling, and safeguarding confidential information, including documentation related to controlled substances.
You will also serve as a leader, setting an example and offering guidance to associates on delivering exceptional member service. Your leadership will help ensure that member needs, concerns, and issues are resolved effectively, in alignment with company standards and values.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care by accurately processing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and providing health-related consultations to members.

Uphold privacy and security of confidential records in compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.

Foster a culture of excellence in member service by modeling professional behavior and coaching associates on best practices in customer interaction.

Promote regulatory compliance by reviewing reports, monitoring safety and loss prevention measures, and implementing action plans that support company-wide programs and initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:
Sam’s Club offers a highly competitive compensation package, including:

Annual salary range: $98,000.00–$172,000.00, with eligibility for annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional pay for certain locations via Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) differentials.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (or equivalent FPGEC from NABP).

Active pharmacy license by the start date.

Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, or state pharmacy association training).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Familiarity with pharmacy operations and member-focused care.
