Required Qualifications

Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.

Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.

Immunization Certification from an accredited provider (e.g., APhA).

No pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.

Pay Range: $65.00 – $79.00 per hour
(Actual salary offers will be based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, and geographic location.)
This position is also eligible for CVS Health’s incentive programs, such as bonuses or commissions.
