Position Summary:
Walmart is hiring a Staff Pharmacist to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care in its Baxley, GA location. Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process and dispense prescriptions

Counsel customers on medications, therapies, and healthcare concerns

Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records and controlled substances

Administer immunizations and other clinical programs in accordance with Walmart policies

Lead, guide, and mentor pharmacy associates and technicians

Ensure regulatory and company compliance with SOPs, HIPAA, and pharmacy law

Identify quality improvement areas and implement effective solutions

Support operational efficiency, inventory control, and customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or FPGE (NABP) equivalent

Active pharmacy license (by job start date)

Completion of ACPE Accredited Immunization training (e.g., APhA or state-sponsored)
Preferred Qualifications:

Retail pharmacy or community pharmacy experience

Bilingual skills (a plus, but not required)
Compensation & Benefits:

Annual Salary Range: $98,000 – $172,000*
*Based on a 40-hour/week schedule; pro-rated for part-time -
