About the Role
We’re seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of our web application for our ERP platform, built for the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry. What You’ll Do

Translate product requirements into intuitive, impactful features.

Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Write high-performance code and ensure quality through unit testing.

Partner with QA to define testing strategies.

Lead code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.

Drive cross-team technical design discussions from prototype to production.

Collaborate with Product Management to deliver roadmap goals.
Your First 90 Days

30 Days: Onboard, learn our ERP platform, and begin contributing code.

31–60 Days: Build both product features and infrastructure enhancements.

61–90 Days: Take ownership of roadmap deliverables and advance the tech stack.
Who You Are
-
7+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex web apps.

Expert in Vue.js for building responsive UIs.

Skilled in Go (GoLang) for backend/API development.
-
Proficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Strong SQL Server expertise (queries, optimization, relational data).

Experienced in scalable, cloud-native architecture.

Proven leader in mentoring, roadmaps, and high engineering standards.

Comfortable in agile teams, ambiguity, and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Differentiators

Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

Familiarity with AI integration in development workflows.

Bachelor’s in Computer Science.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $152,000 – $170,000 per year
