About the Role
The Stock Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, logging and tracking Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE), and ensuring all materials are received, stored, and issued in compliance with government and company policies. This role is critical to supporting daily operations, audits, and inventory accountability at Summit Point’s nationally recognized training facility.
Responsibilities

Track, record, and maintain inventory levels to support operational needs.

Log and monitor GFP and GFE in compliance with regulations and company policies.

Receive, inspect, and issue supplies, equipment, and materials.

Enter and update inventory data in systems (e.g., Sunflower or equivalent).

Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.

Keep storage areas organized and labeled for accountability.

Coordinate with departments to fulfill supply requests and resolve discrepancies.

Support property management reporting for GFP/GFE.

Follow all safety, security, and accountability procedures.
Requirements
Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
-
Prior experience in supply, warehouse, or inventory control.

Familiarity with government property accountability standards (GFP/GFE).

Proficiency with inventory management systems.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred:
-
Training or certifications in inventory management or logistics (CLA, CLT).

Forklift Operator Certification.

OSHA 10 certification.
-
Familiarity with Sunflower software.
