What You’ll Do:
Stock & Inventory Operations

Receive and process stock deliveries accurately and efficiently

Organize, price, and label merchandise according to company standards

Maintain a clean and orderly stockroom

Track, manage and prevent stock loss through weekly stock counts

Prepare seasonal returns to the warehouse

Support biannual stock takes and inventory audits

Assist in visual merchandising setups and floor moves during store changes
Customer Service Support

Respond to customer and sales team inquiries regarding item availability

Retrieve products from stockroom to support in-store sales

Process special orders and requests for customers
Team Collaboration

Work closely with store team to meet daily goals and operational needs

Maintain a flexible and helpful attitude to support store demands

Foster a professional, respectful, and inclusive team environment
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in retail stock control or back-of-house operations (preferred)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
