Job Description:

Walmart is seeking hard-working and dependable Overnight Stocking Associates to join our team at the McAllen, TX Supercenter. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, physical environment and enjoy working behind the scenes to keep shelves fully stocked and organized.

You’ll be primarily responsible for unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and ensuring merchandise is correctly placed in the store. Most of your time will be spent in the backroom and on the sales floor after hours. This position involves heavy lifting and the possible operation of equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

Key Responsibilities:

Unload trucks and move inventory to appropriate stocking locations
Restock shelves and bins with new freight and ensure item placement is accurate
Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness
Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
Lift, carry, and move items weighing 50+ lbs
Follow Walmart’s safety and compliance procedures at all times

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older
Comfortable working overnight hours and weekends as needed
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy merchandise
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Previous warehouse or stocking experience is a plus
Forklift certification (preferred but not required)

Compensation & Premiums:

Base Pay: $14 – $27/hour depending on experience, role, and schedule
Performance-based bonuses available (quarterly or annually)
Premium pay: Up to $3.00/hour for specific shifts, facility needs, or roles
Multiple premiums may apply if eligibility criteria are met
