Job Summary
As a Stocking, Backroom, and Receiving Associate at Walmart, you’ll ensure our shelves are stocked and the store is organized so customers can find what they need. Whether you’re unloading trucks, sorting inventory, or stocking shelves, your role is critical to keeping the store running efficiently—and it’s a great way to stay active on the job.
Key Responsibilities

Unload merchandise from delivery trucks

Sort and organize products in the backroom

Stock shelves and ensure products are front-faced and easy to locate

Maintain cleanliness and order in aisles and stock areas

Greet and assist customers, providing a helpful and positive shopping experience

Collaborate with vendors and delivery drivers professionally
Work Environment
This is a physically active role—expect to move, lift, and handle inventory. Tasks may involve working in cold environments (e.g., freezers) and unloading trucks in outdoor weather conditions.
Compensation & Premiums

Hourly Pay: $15.00 to $26.00/hour

Performance Bonuses: Eligible for annual or quarterly incentives

Premiums: Additional $0.35 to $3.00/hour based on schedule, location, season, or role-specific tasks
