Job Description
Walmart is hiring Stocking Backroom and Receiving Associates at its Apple Valley CA (USA) location. In this physically active and fast-paced role, you’ll help ensure shelves are stocked and organized so customers can find everything they need. From unloading delivery trucks to stocking frozen goods, you’ll be moving throughout the store and backroom—like being paid to go to the gym!
Whether you’re managing backroom inventory or assisting customers on the sales floor, this position offers rewarding challenges and plenty of opportunities for growth—especially during peak shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:

Unload merchandise from delivery trucks

Sort and organize products in the backroom

Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized aisles

Assist customers with product inquiries

Interact positively with vendors and drivers

Support store operations and team members as needed
