Walmart is hiring Stocking Backroom and Receiving Associates at its Spanaway WA (USA) store. In this fast-paced and physical role, you’ll work behind the scenes and on the sales floor to ensure customers find fully stocked shelves and a clean, organized store. From unloading trucks to stocking frozen items, it’s a great opportunity to stay active while building a rewarding retail career.
This position may involve heavy lifting, repetitive motion, and a fast work pace—especially during busy shifts and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:

Unload merchandise from delivery trucks

Sort and organize products in the backroom

Stock shelves and maintain neat aisles

Interact positively with vendors and delivery drivers

Greet and assist customers with product questions
