Job Summary:
Walmart is hiring Stocking, Backroom, and Receiving Associates to help ensure customers always find what they’re looking for. In this physically active role, you’ll unload trucks, stock shelves, and manage backroom inventory. Whether it’s stocking ice cream in the freezer or unloading merchandise in the summer heat, this job keeps you moving and offers a workout while you work!
Duties & Responsibilities:

Compensation & Premiums:

Base hourly pay: $17.00 to $26.00 (based on role and experience)

Performance incentives: Quarterly or annual bonuses

Hourly premiums: $0.35 – $3.00 depending on schedule, duties, or season
