Job Summary:
Walmart is hiring Stocking, Backroom, and Receiving Associates in Union City, CA. In this fast-paced and physically active role, you’ll help ensure customers can always find the products they need. Responsibilities may include unloading trucks, sorting inventory in the backroom, stocking shelves, and assisting customers throughout the store.
Key Responsibilities:

Unload trucks and organize shipments

Sort products and manage inventory in the backroom

Stock shelves to ensure product availability

Keep aisles tidy and organized

Provide friendly customer service and answer questions

Collaborate positively with drivers and vendors

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay: $16.00 to $26.00 (based on experience and role location)

Premium Pay: $0.35 to $3.00/hour for specific shifts or tasks

Performance Bonuses: Annual or quarterly based on role eligibility
