Job Summary:
As a Stocking, Backroom, and Receiving Associate at Walmart, you’ll ensure shelves are stocked, the backroom is organized, and customers can find the products they need. From unloading trucks to organizing items on the sales floor, this role keeps the store running smoothly—and can even feel like you’re getting paid to work out!
Duties & Responsibilities:

Unload merchandise from delivery trucks

Sort and organize inventory in the backroom

Stock products on shelves and maintain inventory levels

Ensure aisles are organized, clean, and easy to navigate

Interact with vendors and drivers with professionalism and positivity

Greet and assist customers with product questions

Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Compensation & Premium Pay:

Base Pay: $15.00 – $26.00 per hour

Performance Incentives: Eligible for quarterly or annual bonuses

Premium Pay: $0.35 – $3.00/hour for specific shifts, tasks, or conditions (e.g., overnight, freezer work, seasonal needs)

Multiple premiums may apply simultaneously based on shift and duties
