Position Overview:
Join Walmart in Woodland, CA as a Stocking, Backroom, and Receiving Associate and help ensure customers can always find what they need. Whether unloading trucks or stocking ice cream in the freezer, this physically active role keeps the store running and customers smiling—like getting paid to work out!
Key Responsibilities:

Unload merchandise from delivery trucks

Sort and organize inventory in the backroom

Restock shelves and ensure inventory accuracy

Keep aisles neat, clean, and accessible

Communicate positively with vendors and delivery drivers

Greet customers and assist with product questions

Compensation & Incentives:

Hourly Pay: $16.00 – $26.00/hour

Incentives: Eligible for annual or quarterly performance-based bonuses

Premium Pay: $0.35 – $3.00/hour for qualifying schedules, locations, or tasks

Multiple premiums may apply at once, depending on criteria
