Job Summary:
As a Stocking, Backroom & Receiving Associate, you’ll ensure that Walmart customers can always find what they need. From unloading trucks and organizing inventory to stocking shelves and answering shopper questions, this role is active, hands-on, and essential to store operations. It’s a physical, fast-paced position that’s like being paid to go to the gym!
Key Responsibilities:

Unload merchandise from delivery trucks

Organize and sort products in the backroom

Stock shelves in a clean and orderly manner

Keep aisles tidy and merchandise properly faced

Engage with drivers, vendors, and customers in a friendly and professional way

Greet shoppers and respond to their questions or requests

Wage & Additional Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $15.00 – $26.00

Incentives: Annual/quarterly bonuses based on performance

Premium Pay: $0.35 – $3.00/hour in specific conditions (e.g., shifts, location, work type)
