Job Summary:
As a Stocking, Backroom & Receiving Associate at Walmart in Torrance, CA, you’ll be a vital part of the store’s operations—keeping shelves stocked, backrooms organized, and customers happy. Whether you’re unloading delivery trucks in the summer or stocking frozen items, you’ll stay physically active while making a direct impact on the customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities:

Sort and store inventory in the backroom

Compensation Details:

Base Hourly Rate: $16.00 – $26.00 (dependent on role, shift, and experience)

Incentives: Quarterly or annual performance-based bonuses

Premium Pay: $0.35 – $3.00/hour depending on schedule, season, and duties
