Job Overview:
Walmart in Ukiah, CA is hiring Stocking, Backroom & Receiving Associates! This role ensures merchandise is received, sorted, and stocked to keep our shelves full and customers happy. Key Responsibilities:

Unload and process freight from delivery trucks

Organize merchandise in the stockroom and sales floor

Stock shelves and maintain proper product presentation

Keep aisles clean, safe, and well-organized

Greet customers and assist with questions

Interact professionally with vendors and delivery personnel

Pay & Additional Compensation:

Base Pay: $16.00 – $26.00/hour (depending on experience and location)

Performance Bonuses: Annual or quarterly incentives based on results

Shift Premiums: $0.35 – $3.00/hour for specific duties or shifts
