Responsibilities:

Unload trucks and sort product deliveries

Move inventory from the backroom to shelves

Stock merchandise efficiently and accurately

Maintain clean and organized aisles and work areas

Positively engage with vendors, drivers, and customers

Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent service

Wages & Incentives:

Base Pay: $17.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience & location)

Performance Bonuses: Annual/quarterly incentive payouts

Shift Premiums: Additional $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on shift, season, or tasks

PTO/PPTO: Paid time off for vacation, holidays, sick days, etc. (meets/exceeds WA state law)
