Job Summary:
Walmart is hiring Stocking, Backroom & Receiving Associates in West Covina, CA. In this active and fast-paced role, you’ll help ensure our customers find the items they need, from organizing the backroom and unloading trucks to stocking shelves and answering questions. Key Responsibilities:

Unload and process merchandise from incoming trucks

Organize and manage inventory in the backroom

Stock products on the sales floor and maintain a clean, organized store environment

Interact professionally with drivers, vendors, and customers

Greet shoppers and assist with questions or locating products

Compensation & Premium Pay:

Hourly Rate: $16.00 – $26.00 (based on location, role, and experience)

Performance Bonuses: Annual or quarterly incentives

Premium Pay: $0.35 – $3.00/hour based on schedule, tasks, and seasonal factors
