Job Summary:
As a Stocking, Backroom & Receiving Associate at Walmart Branford, you’ll be a key part of the team that keeps shelves stocked and inventory flowing. From unloading delivery trucks and organizing the backroom to stocking shelves and helping customers, this fast-paced and physically engaging role is essential to keeping the store running smoothly. Core Responsibilities:

Unload merchandise from trucks safely and efficiently

Sort and organize products in the backroom

Stock shelves and ensure products are front-faced and accessible

Keep aisles clean, organized, and safe for customers

Greet shoppers, answer product-related questions, and provide friendly service

Interact courteously with vendors and delivery drivers

Pay & Premiums:

Base Hourly Pay: $16.00 – $26.00 (dependent on location and experience)

Performance Incentives: Annual or quarterly bonuses based on results

Premium Pay: $0.35 – $3.00/hour depending on work type, shift, or season
