Key Responsibilities of a Store Assistant
Customer Experience & Sales
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create memorable shopping experiences.
- Educate customers about our products, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Drive sales by achieving performance targets and upselling when appropriate.
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Maintain store presentation and ensure stock is well-replenished.
- Assist in merchandising displays and maintaining an organized store layout.
- Support in loss prevention measures and adhere to health & safety protocols.
Cash Management & Security
- Handle transactions efficiently and follow cash management policies.
- Ensure all security and stock accuracy procedures are met.
- Build customer loyalty by promoting upcoming collections and special offers.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
- Passion for fashion, customer service, and our lifestyle brands
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Working Conditions
