Job Description:

Join our team as a Store Assistant and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth logistics and store operations. As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for handling stock, managing deliveries, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help streamline processes, prevent shortages, and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage all store activities, including receipt, transportation, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, especially for international dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking and support business needs.
• Conduct regular stock audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Accurately document all stock movements, from goods receipt to dispatch.
• Ensure proper kitting of materials to support production and aftermarket sales without missing components.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

• Work with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure correct order processing and invoice management.
• Collaborate with Quality teams to address concerns and process Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Align with Engineering, Production, and Project Management to ensure timely material delivery.

Departmental Goals:

• Continuously review and update business policies, procedures, and processes for improvement.
• Maintain complete traceability of procurement activities with supporting evidence.
• Stay informed about market trends, potential supply chain disruptions, and emerging technologies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring quality and compliance remain uncompromised.
