Maverik is hiring a Store Auditor to ensure accuracy, consistency, and smooth store operations. In this role, you’ll perform inventory and cash audits, train store personnel, and travel to multiple locations—helping us deliver the best customer experience possible.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily inventory audits in assigned stores

Research discrepancies and correct improper receiving

Perform cash audits on store safes

Verify physical counts for accuracy

Train store teams on proper invoice entry

Prepare and submit audit reports as required

Collaborate with teams while also working independently

Travel extensively, including overnight and out-of-town assignments
Qualifications
Education:
-
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:
-
2+ years of related experience, or Maverik store retail experience
Core Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize, balance multiple tasks, and problem-solve

Proven initiative and sound decision-making

Independent, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and reach during shifts

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working briefly in cold environments

Visual ability including close, distance, color, and depth perception
Compensation & Benefits
💲 Pay Range: $18.50 – $22.50/hour + DOE + Bonus Opportunity
