Your Role
Being a Store Manager is about much more than just running a store—it’s your opportunity to take ownership and shape your own success. In this role, you will:
- Build a strong customer service culture, ensuring all customer needs are met and driving a positive NPS. You’ll also engage with the local community to attract and welcome new customers.
- Create an inviting environment that keeps customers coming back time and time again.
- Take full ownership of sales, profit, team performance, and recognition, ensuring the store runs seamlessly.
- Train and develop your team, helping them grow into the best versions of themselves.
