Store Manager – Claire’s
About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

Sales & Profit – Achieving store targets through strategic sales initiatives.

Customer Service – Delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Store Operations – Ensuring smooth and efficient store management.

Merchandising – Maintaining a visually appealing and commercially driven store.

Team Leadership – Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.

Ear Piercing – Full training provided.

About You

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of retail management experience

Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills

Basic computer proficiency and understanding of sales reports

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally

Comfortable standing, bending, and climbing ladders during shifts

Experience with POS systems
