Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations at a Wunderland location, managing a team of managers and employees while ensuring a safe, fun, and welcoming experience for every guest. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels at coaching, communication, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and train staff in customer service, communication, time management, and operations.

  • Oversee store appearance, scheduling, and staffing for peak performance.

  • Manage daily operations: opening/closing, cash reconciliation, deposits, and inventory.

  • Supervise 3–5 managers and 15–25 employees.

  • Recruit, hire, and develop staff.

  • Mediate escalated guest concerns for a positive outcome.

  • Monitor equipment/facility function and report issues promptly.

  • Ensure a safe, engaging environment for guests to encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or training (or equivalent).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/reporting software.

  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
