We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive sales performance.
Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance of the store

Lead, train, and develop the sales team to achieve goals

Deliver exceptional customer service in a consultative sales environment

Maintain store visual merchandising and uphold brand standards

Drive brand awareness in the local market

Partner with the Retail Stores Director on performance objectives

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
4+ years of retail experience, including 2+ years in management
-
Proven consultative sales ability

Strong leadership and team development skills
-
Familiarity with retail operations, methods, and software systems

Flexible schedule to align with store needs
-
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items when needed
