Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our boutique team in Chicago. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales goals, developing a high-performing team, and maintaining Wolford’s luxury standards in customer service and in-store presentation.
Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales associates.

Set monthly individual sales targets and drive results through coaching.

Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Oversee daily operations including scheduling, attendance, and productivity.

Partner with HR to manage performance and employee relations.

Conduct regular performance reviews and build a culture of accountability.

Organize and manage the annual inventory stock take.

Monitor sales trends, track KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.

Ensure the boutique reflects Wolford’s visual and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Store Manager (luxury retail strongly preferred).

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
