Your Role: Retail Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you will lead by example and drive a customer-first sales culture. You’ll be responsible for achieving store goals, building a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional branded experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals

Recruit, train, develop, and retain top talent

Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory management

Drive profitability through sales strategies, expense control, and business analysis

Ensure compliance with company policies, visual standards, and safety practices

Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and growth

Execute loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and omni-channel initiatives

Provide consistent coaching, succession planning, and performance management
What You’ll Bring:

2+ years of leadership experience in retail or specialty store management

Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences

Ability to lead, delegate, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and business analysis skills

Flexible availability including nights and weekends

Minimum age: 21 years

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary: $78,000–$85,000 annually
