Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our retail team. In this role, you’ll create an engaging in-store experience, inspire your team, and help customers design furniture that fits their style, space, and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing retail team.

  • Drive sales growth by guiding customers from interest to purchase.

  • Recruit, hire, and mentor Associates in a people-first culture.

  • Ensure the store meets visual, operational, and customer service standards.

  • Analyze performance data to achieve KPIs and profitability goals.

  • Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.

  • Manage daily operations: scheduling, inventory, POS transactions, and promotions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of retail management experience.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to create memorable experiences.

  • Tech-savvy with CRM and in-store technology.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to lift and move furniture (up to 75 lbs).
