As a Store Manager, you’ll oversee team development, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation, ensuring Casey’s remains Here for Good for our guests, team members, and communities.

What You’ll Do:

Execute strategic initiatives to drive sales, service, and store performance.

Maintain clean, stocked, and organized store operations.

Hire, train, and mentor team members in the Casey’s Way.

Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).

Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and financials, ensuring operational efficiency.

Partner with leadership to develop Store Action Plans based on performance metrics.
