Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of retail/customer service experience and at least 1 year in sales management.

Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.

Cosmetology license (preferred, not required).

Must be 18 years or older with a passion for beauty.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.
