Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the total operation of a seasonal retail store. The Store Manager is accountable for maximizing sales and profitability by delivering excellent guest service, managing expenses, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This includes oversight of shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Managers should expect to be on their feet for extended periods, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Hourly Pay: $19.00 – $19.25 (based on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications

Minimum of 21 years old.

Prior retail management experience required.

Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Flexible schedule with the ability to work peak seasonal hours.

Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
