Key Responsibilities of a Stores Operative

Pick stock orders, verify against sales orders, and prepare for dispatch.

Coordinate with customer service, purchasing, and quality teams to resolve order queries.

Log and process supplier returns and clinic deliveries with accurate dispatch notes.

Check incoming stock, book items into the system, and organize warehouse storage.

Line-feed materials to the factory for efficient production flow.

Safely load and transport goods for delivery on time.

Participate in scheduled stock takes and occasional overtime tasks.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Essential Skills for a Stores Operative

Strong IT skills with experience in ERP systems.

High attention to detail and ability to log data accurately.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Valid UK driving license (preferred).

Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
