Responsibilities

Cultivate and strengthen client relationships to uncover new growth opportunities and expand into additional verticals.

Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, Joint Operating Committees, and strategic meetings with client leadership to align on goals, provide product education, and identify expansion opportunities.

Develop and execute stakeholder mapping and account plans, building a network of key contacts and advocates to drive long-term growth.

Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and building relationships to negotiating and contracting for expanded partnerships.

Establish and refine account management processes to ensure effective relationship management, retention, and continued expansion.

Continuously gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance Notable’s products and solutions for maximum impact.

Requirements

6+ years of enterprise-level experience in healthcare sales or strategic account management.

Strong ability to understand enterprise customer needs and translate them into actionable goals.

Experience working in SaaS companies within the healthcare industry.

Proven success in owning commercial targets and driving revenue retention and growth.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and articulation abilities.

Ability to make strategic, data-driven recommendations and gain buy-in from senior stakeholders.

Willingness to travel up to 60% as needed.
