Position Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Lead – Global Segments to help define, structure, and execute our brand and digital marketing strategy across the US and India. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role that blends messaging development, marketing operations, and performance optimization to drive growth in both B2C and B2B segments.

You’ll work closely with a marketing executive based in India and cross-functional internal teams to ensure campaigns are brand-aligned, data-driven, and audience-specific.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve SkillUp Online’s brand voice across B2C, B2B, and government verticals

  • Develop regionalized messaging frameworks tailored to specific audiences in the US and India

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and content review for India-based marketing executive

  • Oversee campaign planning and workflow systems using tools like Loomly

  • Use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to improve conversion rates, user journeys, and messaging clarity

  • Align marketing efforts with CRM workflows and sales funnels

  • Monitor and improve SEO performance in collaboration with product and tech teams

  • Create scalable documentation (e.g., content QA checklists, marketing playbooks)

  • Run A/B tests and optimize messaging and media based on performance data

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or performance marketing

  • Demonstrated experience crafting messaging for both consumer and enterprise audiences

  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics 4, Loomly, SEO dashboards, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multi-regional marketing efforts and collaborate across time zones

  • Strong communication and team leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

  • Experience in EdTech, online learning platforms, E-commerce, or mission-driven brands

  • Background in marketing systems design or martech stack optimization

  • Familiarity with government or enterprise procurement cycles
