Student Advice Coordinator – Supporting Student Success
Join our dynamic Students’ Union team at The University of Law as a Student Advice Coordinator. In this role, you will provide vital advice and guidance to students on various academic and disciplinary matters, ensuring they have the support they need throughout their educational journey. As a Student Advice Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping students navigate complaints, appeals, and other concerns.
Student Advice Coordinator – Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Student Support: Offer independent advice on complaints, appeals, disciplinaries, and general student queries.

Guidance for Academic Processes: Prepare and support students through academic hearings and other procedures.

Effective Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal staff and external organizations.

Monitoring and Reporting: Track data trends to identify improvements and minimize complaints.
Student Advice Coordinator – What We Are Looking For

Empathetic, non-judgemental approach to student support.

Experience managing casework, maintaining accurate records.

Strong understanding of student issues within Higher Education.
