Runshaw College is seeking a Student Enrichment & Activities Officer to lead, develop, and coordinate a vibrant programme of enrichment activities. This is an ideal role for someone creative, organised, and enthusiastic about student wellbeing, sports, arts, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver inclusive enrichment and wellbeing activities

Promote student engagement through creative clubs and events

Support learners in developing wider interests, skills, and confidence

Foster a positive, inclusive, and active student culture
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to lead and inspire young people
A wide range of interests (e.g. crafts, sports, mental wellbeing)
Commitment to inclusion, diversity, and safeguarding
Experience working with 16–19-year-olds is desirable
