Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Student Funding Adviser (102774-0425) to join our Student Funding Support team at the University of Warwick. This part-time, permanent role offers an exciting chance to support students by providing advice on financial aid, bursaries, and scholarships. As a Student Funding Adviser (102774-0425), you’ll be working collaboratively with students, their sponsors, and internal teams to help them navigate student finance while contributing to the University’s inclusive and supportive environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Provide information, advice, and guidance on all types of student funding.

Assess eligibility for hardship funds, bursaries, and scholarships.

Collaborate with students, sponsors, and internal services.

Signpost students to appropriate financial or wellbeing support as needed.
Work Schedule

Permanent, part-time job share

18.25 hours per week:

Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Wednesday: 9:30 am – 12:45 pm

Ideal Skills for Student Funding Adviser (102774-0425)

Experience providing advice and guidance in a professional setting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

IT literate with a solid educational background.

Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.

Experience managing or supervising staff is an advantage.
