Student Learning Mentor – Empowering Student Success
Are you passionate about making a difference in students’ lives? As a Student Learning Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students from Year 9 to Year 13 in Norfolk-based schools through the Future Forward Programme. This role focuses on mentoring, coaching, and tutoring students, helping them build confidence and develop essential skills. As a Student Learning Mentor, you will work with individuals and small groups, providing tailored guidance to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Student Learning Mentor – Key Responsibilities

One-to-One and Group Mentoring: Regularly meet with mentees to provide personalized support.

Tutoring and Coaching: Use mentoring and coaching strategies to enhance students’ confidence and skills.

Skill Development: Help students build essential skills to support their educational journey.
Student Learning Mentor – What We Are Looking For

Experience working with young people.

Qualified to Level 3 or equivalent experience in a similar role.

Strong communication, mentoring, and coaching skills.

Empathy and a passion for supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
