Role Purpose:

As a Student Recruitment Advisor at English Path, you will play a key role in achieving our student enrolment goals by engaging with prospective learners, guiding them through the admissions process, and promoting our language programs. This position combines consultative sales, customer support, and administrative expertise to ensure an outstanding experience for every potential student.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Outreach & Engagement

  • Conduct proactive outreach through phone, email, and online platforms.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide clear, comprehensive information about course offerings, entry requirements, and the benefits of studying at English Path.

2. Consultative Sales & Needs Analysis

  • Understand students’ educational and career goals to recommend suitable programs.

  • Communicate the value of English Path’s offerings aligned with each student’s aspirations.

3. Admissions & Enrolment Support

  • Assist students throughout the application and enrolment process.

  • Ensure all application requirements and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

  • Track applications and follow up to convert inquiries into confirmed students.

4. Product & Market Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of course offerings, schedules, pricing, and education sector trends.

  • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to stay ahead.

5. CRM & Lead Management

  • Use CRM systems to manage, track, and update student leads and communication history.

  • Qualify leads and prioritize follow-ups based on enrolment readiness and engagement levels.

6. Sales Target Achievement

  • Work independently and with the team to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets.

7. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment activity, performance metrics, and conversion rates.

8. Student Experience & Onboarding

  • Maintain ongoing communication with enrolled students to ensure a smooth transition into their program.

  • Deliver an exceptional pre-enrolment experience that fosters trust and satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).

  • Fluent English speaker with fluency in Spanish (required). Knowledge of additional languages such as Portuguese, Italian, French, Arabic, or Russian is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, ideally within the education sector.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and student management systems.

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
